First: Create coconut shavings
Place the coconut shavings on a baking sheet and bake as many as half a cup(Keep the rest in the refrigerator). Enter the majority of toasted coconutin a blender, save a little for garnish if the beverage is ready to serve.

Method: 
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit (± 149 degrees Celsius). Spread the coconut shavings and toasted coconut on a baking sheet in the oven. Coconut Stir every 10 minutes until slightly brown. After 25 to 30 minutesshavings of coconut turns golden brown. Chill
 

2. Make a double shot of espresso and let cool.
 
3. To make this drink, mix a double shot of chilled espresso, milk,1/3cangkir toasted coconut,1/3cangkir chocolate syrup, and sugar in a blender for15 to 20 seconds to dissolve sugar.
 



4. Add ice and stir with the blender until the ice crushed and drinkbecomes smooth. Pour drink into two glasses of size ± 470ml. Decorateeach drink with whipped cream, sprinkle with brown granules, andpinch of toasted coconut. Add a straw in each glass.(For two large cups)
